During my time at Discover Financial Services, I contributed to the design and production of the company’s key corporate reports including the Annual Report, Corporate Impact Report, and UK Pay Gap Reports. Working across departments and in close collaboration with executive communications, HR, ESG, and design teams, I used Adobe InDesign and Workiva to create cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials. Each project reflected a unified design system with clarity, consistency, and transparency in mind for shareholders and stakeholders alike.

2023 | Annual Report
Collaborated closely with Discover’s executive communications writer,
senior designers, account executives, and corporate photographers to translate leadership’s vision into a cohesive, engaging report. Using Adobe InDesign, I designed and refined layouts that balanced clarity and storytelling for shareholders. Supported in the production process through press checks and coordination with Classic Color Printing to ensure the final reports reflected Discover’s values of transparency and performance.

Worked in partnership with Discover’s ESG director, steering committee,
lead designers, and copywriters to deliver a shareholder-ready report highlighting the company’s broader impact and sustainability efforts. Leveraged Workiva and Adobe InDesign to streamline collaboration
and data integration across teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency from concept to delivery. The resulting report earned industry recognition, including a 2024 Workiva Customer Award for The Sustainability Report
of the Year.

Supported in designing Discover’s annual UK Pay Gap report, a UK government-mandated disclosure reinforcing transparency and equity
of compensation by gender. Partnered with a copywriter and HR business partner to present gender pay gap data in a clear, accessible, and visually consistent format. Using Adobe InDesign, I developed a design cohesive
with the Annual and Corporate Impact Reports shape language, reinforcing Discover’s DEI initiatives across global communications.
